• Pay: $47/HR($1,880) Local Pay- $53/HR($2,120) ($985 taxable and $1,155 non taxable)- Travellers
• Location: Stockton, CA
• Title: Physical Therapist-Home Health
• Certifications: CA State License, BLS, Covid Vaccine & Booster/Exemption
• Start Date: 07/21/2025
• Shift length: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• PT: Field position- Central Valley/ Stockton
  Home Health
  Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
  Home Health experience preferred

CA license in hand preferred
Oasis experience required
GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed
