• 8-hour day shifts with one weekend shift per contract
• Up to 6 patients per day 30 productivity points standard
• Home health setting with 1:1 patient ratios
• Oasis experience preferred but not required
• 1 year physical therapy experience required
• Will consider candidates without prior home health experience
• Guaranteed hours with maximum one shift reduction per pay period

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
