South Texas' most reputable Pain Management clinic is looking for a highly motivated and certified Physician Assistant to be part of our clinical team dedicated to providing a 5-star customer service under the highest safety standards to ensure an excellent patient experience and outcome.


We want someone who is looking for a career with growth opportunities in an expanding medical group opening practices in the most influential metro areas in Texas and other states. 


This position will start as a Hybrid with commute between our offices in North San Antonio and Kyle, Texas on a split schedule for approximately 6 months. The selected candidate will station out of either office and must be local to San Antonio, Kyle, or Austin metro areas. All expenses associated with this commute will be provided by the company.

  • Salary base estimated at $120K-$130K plus benefits. Based on candidate’s qualifications.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work hand in hand with our Physicians to provide the best treatment plan for each of our patients.

  • Greet patients and gather medical information
  • Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses
  • Work with Physicians to prescribe and administer treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home
  • Document and update patient records
  • Refer patients to specialists as needed
  • Lead and coach the MA teams to perform their duties in a timely an accurate manner. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • PA certification from the Texas Medical Board required
  • Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies 
  • Ability to obtain DEA licensure/prescriptive authority post-hire.
  • EHR proficient
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.


SCHEDULE:


  • Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
  • Ability to work one Saturday per month. 
  • Available to travel occasionally for trainings, conferences, and our satellite medical sites.
