PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low maintenance, highly relational team. This is a growth position!
• OB for this position is optional
• Newer clinic with state of the art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital Superior
• Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September '23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September '23)
• Multi specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA's along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
• Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
• Nurse on line triage 24/7
• EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
• Admit to St. Mary's Hospital Superior, a 25 bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
• Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
• Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment

• Minimum 6 weeks' time off per year

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Participates in a community wide OB Group & call (if opting to provide OB services)

• Approx. 5 miles south of Duluth, MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN
• Located on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest, embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake, Superior
• Superior population: 28,000; Duluth/Superior regional population 130,000

COMPENSATION

• $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production based compensation.
