Work Dates Needed: 11/1/2025 - 10/31/2026 Preferred Schedule: 80 hours during a two week period Worksite Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Coverage Scope of Work: Provide full scope inpatient and outpatient FM care for all ages. Diagnose, treat, and refer patients as needed. Manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurology). Handle medical emergencies including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, shock and sepsis. Provide limited nutritional counseling. Manage acute psychiatric issues including suicide attempts. Treat lower-acuity issues such as viral illnesses, minor infections. Provide limited urgent care services. Follow facility policies, clinical guidelines, and federal standards (CMS, TJC, CLIA, IHS). Maintain professional interactions with patients & staff. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Complete residency in Family Medicine. BC/BE in FM by ABMS/AOA). Current, active medical license anywhere in the US. Active DEA, BLS, ACLS. Enrollment in AZ Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. EMR/EHR proficiency. Valid driver's license. Security clearance. EMR: RPMS/CPRS
