- Work Dates Needed: November 2025 - February 2026
- Preferred Schedule: 4-10's (four 10-hour days per week)
- Worksite Setting: 100% outpatient FQHC
- Scope of Work: Our providers mainly work four days a week. Patient facing 8 hours per day. Goal is minimum of 18 completed encounters per day. All ages.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS
- EMR: Athena software
