There are no procedural responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on patient care. Job Function:
Work 8- or 12-hour shifts, averaging 40 hours per week; block scheduling not permitted.
Cover 2 weekend days per month and 23 overnight shifts per month.
Complete 1417 shifts per month depending on month length and shift combination.
Attend open ICU rounds and hospital codes; no procedural responsibilities required.
Balance administrative duties with patient rounding.
