Work Dates Needed: ASAP-12/31/2025 Preferred Schedule: Monday-Thursday. No weekends or holidays Worksite Setting: Outpatient Employee Health clinic Scope of Work: annual exams, medication refills, labs, EKG, acute care visits, physicals, testing, 2-3 patients per hour Patient population- 2+, CMA support Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active KY license, BLS and DEA. Must be Board Certified. Medical Dispensary preferred EMR: EPIC / paper Charting
