Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule:Full-time Monday - Friday with call 1 week per month including night and weekend call
• Job Setting: Inpatient and outpatient coverage across two locations
• Types of Cases: Thyroid, HN, thoracic, GI, GU, sarcoma, melanoma, lymphoma, metastatic disease
• Credentialing: 90 days

• Board Certified Radiation Oncology
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure:Active Arizona license required or IMLC with LOQ in hand
