Details/Requirements:
Start 11/1/25 and ongoing throughout 2026
Highly prefers full-time but willing to review.
Will consider 3-4 days per week.
Outpatient clinic hours 8am-4:30pm.
12-14 patients per day.
Support: NP, RN, MA
No call
Board Certified required
Active IMLC/LOQ or active Pennsylvania license
EPIC
Credentialing can take just 30 days with clear med-mal history
