Work Dates Needed: Mammo coverage weeks: 9/1, 9/14, 10/5, possibly 11/2. Weekends: any weekend between now and October 30. We will shuffle our schedule to accommodate locums. 7a-3p and 11a-11p shifts. Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8a-5p Worksite Setting: hospital based-Up to 19 diagnostic patients per day (16 mammo, 3 US only) and 50 screeners. Scope of Work: Mammo:All scheduled procedures per day, all MRIs between noon prior day and noon that day, and screeners, except on tumor board day (Wednesday); on tumor board day, she would do the TB instead of screeners. Also part of biopsy duty includes follow up of pathology. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MQSA required. Active IL License. Brest Fellowship. Board Certified.
