This position offers a 3-year guaranteed compensation package up to $779,000, including a $595,000 base salary and up to $184,800 annual call pay ($2,200 per shift). Physicians enjoy a robust support structure with 3 APPs, dedicated procedure rooms, and hospitalist coverage for inpatient needs. Build your practice with a large referral base and the ability to focus up to 60% on subspecialties such as Uro Oncology, Endourology, or FPMRS.
