The Role

Lead a facial-only aesthetic program built for outstanding patient experience and results.

You will:

• Perform facelift/neck lift, rhinoplasty, brow/forehead lift, otoplasty, chin/jaw implants, facial fat grafting (blepharoplasty optional by mutual interest)
• Conduct surgeon-led consults during ramp, then collaborate with NPs/PCCs as volume matures
• Practice in an AAAHC-accredited office OR environment (local/MAC and anesthesia room cases)
• Model a patient-first culture: night-of-surgery calls, message response, appropriate chaperone documentation, and clear, respectful communication

Schedule & Site

• FTE: Full-time; surgeon-led consults ramping to OR-heavy schedule
• OR cadence: Main anesthesia room Mon Thu, 3 weeks/month; additional rooms for local/MAC cases
• Anesthesia: CRNA model; many procedures under local
• Hospitals/Call: No hospital call; hospital interface only if candidate requests limited breast recon

Compensation Structure (clear & transparent)

• Base: $300k $350k
• Variable: 30% of personal collections over $900k
• Illustrative runway: Year-1 collections target $1.5M $2.0M (maturing toward $2.5M with steady slate)
• Structure: W-2 or 1099 (candidate preference)
• Sign-on/Relocation: Considered case-by-case to support a smooth transition

Qualifications

• One of the following training/board pathways:
  • ABPS (board-certified or eligible), or
  • ENT Facial Plastics (ABOHNS + facial plastics fellowship/credentials), or
  • AACS cosmetic fellowship with strong facial portfolio (aware of credential disclosure norms)
• 1 7 years post-training preferred (coachability, program-builder mindset)
• Solid hands in facelift/neck and rhinoplasty; comfort with local/MAC facial cases; clean NPDB
• Kindness with patients and staff, low-ego collaboration, and clarity in expectations-setting
