Compensation: $300,000/year at 1.0 FTE, prorated based on part-time status

We're an AI-enabled primary care startup redefining what it means to practice medicine in a digital-first world. We began by partnering with a leading wearable company to provide sleep consultation and remote insights for their users. Now, under a contract with an IPA, we're expanding into full-spectrum primary care while continuing to support patients in our wearable-based sleep program.

What You ll Do

• Provide in-person and telemedicine primary care to a diverse patient panel in our San Francisco clinic.
• See overflow patients from our existing wearable-enabled sleep consultation service.
• Use Elation EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and tech team to improve clinical workflows and care models.
• Participate in iterative feedback loops to optimize our tech and clinical integration (wearables, AI insights, automation)
• Help define and grow our primary care service line in alignment with IPA requirements.

Who You Are

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Preventive Medicine
• Licensed to practice in California
• Comfortable with telemedicine and modern EMR systems ?Elation preferred)
• Excited by technology, innovation, and digital health ideally with a background or strong interest in clinical informatics
• Able to thrive in a startup environment: things change quickly, resources are limited, and flexibility is key.
• Collaborative and open-minded, with a constructive approach to working across clinical and tech teams
• Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care with an openness to novel care delivery models

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with sleep medicine, wearables, or remote patient monitoring
• Interest or training in clinical informatics
• Prior startup or digital health experience
• Interest in lifestyle medicine, preventive care, or data-driven care models
