Primary Care Physician

Summary:
This role is for a board-certified, Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician committed to improving health outcomes in underserved communities through full-scope adult outpatient care.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients (18+) in a clinical setting
  
  

• Lead the care team in managing acute and chronic illnesses
  
  

• Perform in-clinic procedures and wellness screenings as appropriate
  
  

• Utilize EMR (Elation) for accurate, compliant documentation
  
  

• Serve as a clinical leader supporting a collaborative, patient-focused culture
  
  

Key Skills:
Internal medicine, Leadership, Bilingual communication

Requirements:

• MD or DO with active New Mexico medical license
  
  

• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  
  

• Fluent in Spanish
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred

Location

• Training Site: Albuquerque, NM (existing clinic)
  
  

• Permanent Worksite: Los Lunas, NM (new clinic opening Sept/Oct 2025)
  
  

• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care – Adult patients only
  
  

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  
  

• No nights, weekends, or holidays
