About the Role: As our Production Manager, you'll take the lead in guiding our production team and overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing of our devices from start to finish. This role is central to ensuring our operations run smoothly, our products are built to the highest exacting standards, and our team has the resources and support they need to succeed. Your leadership will be key in helping Bright Uro scale with excellence-keeping our operations efficient, our products reliable, and our team engaged. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and support a team of Production Leads and Production Supervisors to meet production and yield targets while maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards. Oversee daily production activities, set priorities, and ensure alignment with company goals. Develop a strong understanding of all manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Proactively identify production challenges and work with the team to implement effective solutions. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging input from technicians and collaborating with Quality and Engineering on enhancements. Ensure full compliance with Bright Uro's Quality and Manufacturing Documentation standards in all operations. Assess training needs and ensure technicians receive thorough and up-to-date instruction on processes and procedures. Recruit, train, and allocate resources as needed to meet production targets and support company growth. Promote an environment of accountability, urgency, and attention to detail. Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on production performance, priorities, and issues. Uphold all applicable laws, regulations, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements while modeling ethics, integrity, and professionalism across all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a Production Manager role. Strong background in cleanroom operations, personnel management, and quality control within GMP and ISO 13485 environments. Proven track record in leading teams with a positive, results-oriented approach and a strong sense of urgency. Precise and thorough in manufacturing documentation and record-keeping, with a proactive approach to optimizing manufacturing practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a supportive, high-performing team culture. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a proactive "can-do" mindset. Nice to Have: Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company environment.
