Program Manager - Service Line

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Requires excellent leadership skill with the ability to interact well across departments and throughout the healthcare system. Requires excellent program management skills to effectively provide broad clinical and quality oversight. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Ability to work flexible hours. Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of clinical or quality management experience.Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirement. Equivalency for degree: Associate degree plus seven (7) years of clinical or quality management experience. Other Information: Experience in program development and coordination within a complex healthcare organization. Evidence of ability to develop formalized education plans for patients and staff. Polished presentation skills; ability to present to large audiences in various professional forums. Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills. Able to function with a high degree of independence while actively collaborating with members of the team. Experience with data management systems and analytics for continuous process improvement preferred. Doctorate in Nursing (DNP), Master's in Nursing (MSN), Certified Critical Registered Nurse (CCRN), Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and Stroke Care Registered Nurse (SCRN) are all preferred, but not required.
