Psychiatrist

Distinctive Healthcare is currently seeking to hire a full time Psychiatrist at FCI Waseca located at Waseca, MN. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• The contractor shall have current certification in their chosen field of expertise that permits them to practice and to perform Psychiatric Services in the State of Minnesota for the duration of the contract.
• The contractor shall have obtained a doctorate degree of psychiatry, completed a residency in psychiatry, be licensed to practice medicine in at least one of the United States, be board certified, and be otherwise qualified/certified to perform the required services and hold a current license to practice in the State of Minnesota.
• One year of experience in a correctional environment is preferred, but not required.
• The contractor employee must be Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified, in accordance with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
