Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p
Practice Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
Scope: Child and Adolescent
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
State Licensure: Active North Carolina license
Requirements: Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
