Our team focuses on person-centered care. Forming warm, trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic alliances to support our clients which could also experience co-occurring mental illnesses like anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and trauma.
Bringing an understanding and a passion for helping others to provide Neurodiverse-affirming approaches in creating solutions and supports for our clients including those with complex needs, behaviours of concern, communication differences and those who may present as escalated in early interactions. This role will contribute to training, coaching, individual advocacy, and case management, referral-making, and positive behaviour support plans across various settings. Maximize your resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility, and out-of-the-box thinking in the assessment, formulation, and delivery of support through individual therapy, group programs, assessments (including diagnostic and functional behaviour assessment), mental stat examinations, case formulations and treatment plans.
*Please note this role requires a current registration with AHPRA as a fully registered psychologist.
