POSITION PURPOSE:
The Primary Care Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) will serve as a core member of the interdisciplinary Patient-Centered Primary Care Team, in the Primary Care Behavioral Health Program at Aviva Health to improve patients’ health outcomes.If you are working towards your licensure, we provide a positive, supportive experience for you. Possible loan repayment by the NHSC. New grads who are unlicensed are encouraged to apply.
