Public Health Registered Nurse - Hybrid
Providence, Rhode Island, 02908 
Fantastic opportunity for Registered Nurse with infection control experience needed in the Providence, RI area. This key position will lead virtual in and in-person education for employees in healthcare facilities in the surrounding area.
 
Pay Rate: $53.79/hr
Mileage Reimbursement
Shift: 8:30AM – 4:30PM
Full-Time: 35hrs/Week

Position Overview
We are actively interviewing for a full-time Public Health RN to lead education on various infection control topics to employees in healthcare settings in the Providence area. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present PowerPoint presentations and webinars on various infection control topics.
  • Hybrid: Two days in office; Travel several times per month to community locations.
What You Bring:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of infection control and infection prevention.
  • Willingness to attend field visits at facilities that may be experience an active outbreak.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to facilities as well as a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in a professional team environment as well as independently.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing.
  • Active Nursing Licensure in the sate of Rhode Island.
  • Minimum two-years experience in infection control and prevention.
  • Certification in infection control and prevention, preferred.
