SRA is comprised of 13 board-certified radiologists representing subspecialties including musculoskeletal, neuroradiology, body imaging, women s imaging, and interventional radiology. We provide high-quality radiologic interpretation services across community-based and tertiary-level care, aligned with Shields commitment to clinical excellence, advanced imaging technology, and patient-first service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to legal, ethical, and community standards.
  • Participate in patient review sessions as required by the Center or regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, including on-site coverage requirements.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and contribute to their education.

Requirements:

  • Board-certified by the American Board of Radiology or board-eligible; fellowship training in body imaging, neuroradiology, or MSK is preferred.
  • Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience interpreting MRI scans relevant to the chosen subspecialty; consistently reading up to 40 cases per day.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, colleagues, and referrers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates accountability, diligence, and dedication to excellent patient care.
  • Skilled in prioritizing responsibilities and maintaining professionalism.
