Location: 1.5 from Tulsa, OK

Facility: 308 bed facility, stroke certified, using Epic

Coverage Needed: Scheduled clinic hours plus call.

Patient Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Only

Schedule: Clinic hours plus call

Practice Details: Trauma Level: 3, Patients per shift: 8-10, 8-10

Certifications: BC, ACLS, licensed in OK or IMLC, ACLS. Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship
