Certifications Required:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

Licensure Requirements:

• Must hold an active Tennessee (TN) medical license
  

Privileging:

• Emergency temporary privileges available within 7 days

Types of Procedures:
The provider must be able to perform a wide range of diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
