LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Active Kentucky Medical License - Required
  • BLS Certification - Required
  • Fellowship Training - Preferred
PAY RATE
  • Please include hourly or daily rate on candidate submission
CLINICAL DETAILS
  • EMR: MediTech
  • Diagnostic Reads: 50 per day
  • Facility Beds: 100
