Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 10/1/2025
• End Date: 3/31/2026
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 AM - 5 PM. On-site every Tuesday, with potential additional on-site day depending on QA. All other days remote.

Clinical Details

• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15
• EMR: Aria
• Linear Accelerator: Varian TruBeam
• Support Staff: Solo support for Lapeer operation with peripheral support from Flint
• Treatment Planning System: Eclipse
• Patient Specific QA: Portal dosimetry; therapists run plans, physics analyzes
• Additional Skills: Working knowledge of IMRT, SBRT, SRS, and ability to perform Machine and Patient QA

Requirements

• Board Requirements: ABR, CCPM
• Provider must be local; only mileage is reimbursed
