Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Occupational Health Assessments including pre-employment medicals, audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug screening, functional capacity assessments and fitness testing
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Worker health checks
  • High level compliance and observation of the Privacy Act
  • General administration
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels & equipment

  • Contributing to client relationship management, continuous improvement and business growth initiatives
  • Commitment and compliance to strong safety culture

The Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses a relevant degree (nursing or exercise physiology)
  • Relevant ESSA or AHPRA Registration
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability to work flexibly across our clinics in Perth
  • Fast learner, agile and flexible
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adept with technology, systems and Microsoft Office

All applicants must have the right to work in Australia. Working holiday visa applicants are welcome to apply.

The Recruitment Process

Recruitment and selection process will require candidates to participate in an online and/or face-to-face interview and assessment process, and successfully complete a pre-employment medical and functional assessment, drug and alcohol screen and background checks. Both new graduates and experienced health professionals are encouraged to apply. Jem Health recognises the contribution that a diverse workforce makes to continuous improvement and client services delivery and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
