Registered Nurse (RN) – CVICU/CCU – Nights + Bonuses+ Loan Forgiveness

This full-time RN role offers an opportunity to make a true impact in a Level III trauma center serving patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, with a wide variety of cardiac and critical care needs.

• Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)

• Additional Retention Bonus up to $10,000 for 0.9 FTE

• Night Shift Schedule: Work 12-hour overnight shifts in a dynamic, collaborative environment

• Diverse Patient Population: CVICU & CCU caring for neonates to geriatric patients

• Advanced Cardiovascular Program: Work in the region s only hybrid cardiac cath lab

• Provide critical care nursing to a wide range of patients, including immediate post-op cardiac patients

• Monitor and manage life-support systems and specialized CVICU equipment

• Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and surgical teams

• Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

• Serve as a resource to less experienced staff; help support a team-oriented, high-acuity environment
