Provide critical care nursing to a wide range of patients, including immediate post-op cardiac patients
Monitor and manage life-support systems and specialized CVICU equipment
Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and surgical teams

Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Serve as a resource to less experienced staff; help support a team-oriented, high-acuity environment
