We're seeking dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our team on the day or night shift.

Position Overview
You ll provide inpatient respiratory care for a full range of patient populations, from neonates to geriatrics, across multiple departments including:

  • Medical-Surgical Floor

  • Critical Care Unit

  • Emergency Department

  • Surgical Services

  • Level II Nursery

  • Family Birthplace Center

Compensation & Night Differential

  • Base Pay: $33.99 $49.98/hour (based on experience, education, and skill set)

  • Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour (for 4+ hours worked between 11:00 PM 7:30 AM)

  • Annual Bonus based on individual and organizational performance

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics

  • Conduct assessments, implement interventions, and provide clinical consults

  • Manage advanced ventilator settings including APRV, AVAPS, and BiPAP weaning

  • Perform adult intubation and arterial line insertion

  • Conduct bedside diagnostics

  • Document accurately using EMR (experience with Meditech preferred)
