Position: Rehabilitation & Support Worker

Location: Missoula, Montana


Do you have a passion for supporting others on their journey to wellness and independence? We're seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation & Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on assistance and encouragement that empowers individuals in recovery to live fuller, more meaningful lives.


Your Impact

  • Offer daily encouragement and guidance to individuals in recovery
  • Engage in group sessions, therapeutic activities, and wellness programs
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as shopping, hiking, or attending appointments
  • Collaborate closely with Case Managers and Therapists to carry out individualized recovery plans
  • Help clients navigate challenges and celebrate personal milestones
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for growth and healing


Schedule & Benefits

  • Choice of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
  • Monday-Friday schedule (weekends off!)
Compensation:

$16.50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Driver's License & Insurance: Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance coverage.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation for clients to and from their appointments.
  • Facilitate Group Activities: Lead recovery-based group activities that promote healing and personal growth.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Assess and identify barriers that impact clients' ability to live independently or integrate into the community.
  • Communication Support: Help clients improve their communication skills for better interactions in daily life.
  • Symptom Management: Work with clients to identify and implement strategies for managing their symptoms effectively.
  • Social Support Development: Assist clients in developing and strengthening social support systems.
  • Life Skills Adaptation: Help clients adapt skills across various areas of life, including home, work, education, leisure, and social settings.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crises to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Training & Development: Complete required training sessions, both in-person and online, to stay current with best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and progress on a daily basis.
  • Productivity Standards: Meet established productivity standards for the role.
  • Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to meet licensing standards.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
  • Meeting Attendance: Schedule and attend necessary meetings to coordinate care.
  • Attendance: Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of care for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Must have a High School diploma or GED.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound discretion is essential.
  • Proactive Approach: The ideal candidate should be proactive, anticipating client needs and offering support accordingly.
  • Sound Judgment: The ability to make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgment is key to success in this role.
  • Positive Attitude: A passion for helping others and maintaining a positive attitude is highly valued.
  • Personal Responsibility: The candidate must demonstrate responsibility by keeping commitments and actively seeking or offering help when needed.
