Patient population includes post-surgical trauma, orthopedic, and neuro patients

Your Role:
Deliver focused and compassionate care to trauma, ortho, and neuro med-surg patients
Continuously assess patient condition and respond promptly to clinical changes
Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient recovery
Educate patients and families on treatment, mobility precautions, and recovery goals
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and support care coordination
Promote safety, comfort, and dignity throughout your care delivery
