• Full-time, choice between days or nights (rotating weekends)

• Specialty unit: Trauma Ortho/Neuro Med Surg

• Patient population includes post-surgical trauma, orthopedic, and neuro patients

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 6

• On Call: None

Your Role:

• Deliver focused and compassionate care to trauma, ortho, and neuro med-surg patients

• Continuously assess patient condition and respond promptly to clinical changes

• Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient recovery

• Educate patients and families on treatment, mobility precautions, and recovery goals

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and support care coordination

• Promote safety, comfort, and dignity throughout your care delivery
