Job Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Promote positive school climates through mental health education and prevention programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavioral intervention in school settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state education regulations and special education law.
