Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Psychologists to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for School Psychologists in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
- Participate in various district and school meetings (e.g., Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, MTSS meetings, manifestation determination meetings, etc.).
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
- Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices and interventions within the school setting.
- Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
- Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology.

What We’re Looking For:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active state School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying
- NCSP Certification (not required)
- Experience conducting psychological assessments to students in an educational setting preferred
- Someone who values collaboration and student-centered services
