A respected partner veterinary hospital in Spring Hill, FL is currently seeking a dedicated Lead Veterinarian to serve as the medical leader of the practice. 🏥 Practice Highlights:

  • Equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography, full in-house labs, and more

  • Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and collaborate with the clinical team and hospital leadership

  • Assist in staffing and scheduling to support operational goals

  • Promote a positive, growth-focused team culture

  • Oversee the medical care of patients and serve as veterinarian of record for hospital permits and licenses

  • Perform a variety of medical duties, including surgeries and routine appointments

  • Support the growth of support staff through training and mentorship programs

  • Build strong relationships with the local community and client base

🎓 Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)

  • Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Clinical expertise and a passion for leadership and mentorship

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
