A respected partner veterinary hospital in Spring Hill, FL is currently seeking a dedicated Lead Veterinarian to serve as the medical leader of the practice. Equipped with ultrasound, digital radiography, full in-house labs, and more
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
Dedicated hour-long lunch breaks
Guide and collaborate with the clinical team and hospital leadership
Assist in staffing and scheduling to support operational goals
Promote a positive, growth-focused team culture
Oversee the medical care of patients and serve as veterinarian of record for hospital permits and licenses
Perform a variety of medical duties, including surgeries and routine appointments
Support the growth of support staff through training and mentorship programs
Build strong relationships with the local community and client base
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)
Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
Clinical expertise and a passion for leadership and mentorship
Strong communication and collaboration skills
