Surgery - Thoracic Physician

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Locum - Physician - Surgery - Cardiothoracic, ID

Start Date: As soon as credentialed! Schedule: 24 hours, 7am-7am

Position Overview:
Ideal start: ASAP
Specific dates TBD
Schedule: 7am-7am
EMR: Epic
1 CT Surgery dedicated OR
4 available PAs rotate to support surgeon in OR
Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric

Required Procedures:
Adult cardiac surgery
General thoracic surgery
Aortic dissection
CABG
Tube thoracostomy
Pericardial window
Thoracotomy lung resections and pneumonectomy
Heart valve repair/replacement surgery
Dissection
VA + VV ECMO placement.

Requirements:
Successful completion of ACGME or AOA accredited residency and CT fellowship program - REQUIRED
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active ID license OR active IMLC - REQUIRED
ACLS and DEA - REQUIRED
