This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center offering comprehensive medical services across multiple specialties. The medical center utilizes Cerner EHR system and Marquet equipment, providing a technologically advanced environment for healthcare professionals. Opportunity: Yes-OR First Assist

This is a full-time locum tenens position requiring 36-40 hours per week plus weekend calls. The schedule includes regular shifts plus call coverage, making it ideal for a dedicated professional seeking a consistent long-term assignment rather than PRN work.

Job Details:

• 36 hours per week, typically three 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm)
• Responsibilities include OR First Assist, scheduled clinic hours, and call coverage
• Monday through Friday schedule with call approximately every 5 weekends
• Weekday call is from 6pm-6:30am from home
• Weekend call runs from Friday 6pm through Monday 6:30am from home
• Primarily OR work with some ICU floor time required
• Experience with EVH (Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting) and first assist duties essential
• Typically 3-4 patient encounters per shift
• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications
• Board certification or board eligibility required
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 days
