Atlantic Health System is seeking an accomplished and visionary System Medical Director of Orthopedic Surgery to lead the strategic development and growth of our Orthopedic Service Line. This physician leader will be responsible for driving the implementation of system-wide initiatives that enhance quality, innovation, and personalized care while advancing the mission of building healthier communities. T he role includes the opportunity to remain clinically active to maintain a high level of clinical credibility across the system. Additionally, the System Medical Director of Orthopedic Surgery will support development and recruitment across the full spectrum of orthopedics, including joint replacement, spine, upper and lower extremity, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, trauma, pediatrics, and oncology.
