Plan, develop, and implement complex treatment protocols and nutritional management programs Track and analyze therapy data, outcomes, and service delivery metrics Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IDT), contribute to individual support plans (ISP) Provide staff training, mentoring, and support for therapeutic devices/strategies Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives at the facility and state levels May supervise departmental staff as assigned
