What You ll Do

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes

• Mentor new clinicians or students, if interested, with support from leadership and continuing education teams

• Participate in clinical education, peer development, and specialized therapy tracks aligned to your career goals

• Contribute to a positive clinic culture that values inclusion, excellence, and innovation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting from $77,000 $95,000, depending on experience, specialty, and education

• Bi-weekly individual bonus structure worth up to $30,000 annually ($1,192/biweekly potential)

• Up to $20,000 in student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance (based on location & market need)

• 5 weeks of time off annually (includes PTO, holidays, and CEU days)
