What You ll Do
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes
Mentor new clinicians or students, if interested, with support from leadership and continuing education teams
Participate in clinical education, peer development, and specialized therapy tracks aligned to your career goals
Contribute to a positive clinic culture that values inclusion, excellence, and innovation
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting from $77,000 $95,000, depending on experience, specialty, and education
Bi-weekly individual bonus structure worth up to $30,000 annually ($1,192/biweekly potential)
Up to $20,000 in student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance (based on location & market need)
