Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician
A large, physician-owned multi-specialty clinic in the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Urgent Care Physician to join their team in Des Moines, IA.
Position Highlights:
•3 weekday shifts/week (7 AM-7 PM) + 1 full weekend/month (Sat & Sun, 8 AM-3 PM)
•Approx. 144 shifts/year
•Supportive team: 2 providers + 3 clinical staff per shift
•Excellent payer mix, EMR-enabled
•Involvement in department operations and coverage as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
•Shareholder track
•2-year guaranteed salary + bonus after breakeven
