Urgent Care Physician

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:40 PM

• This is a locum tenens opportunity for a board-certified Primary Care Physician in a home health setting.
• Coverage is needed at two locations:
• Fresno, CA: from 08/25/2025 to 02/22/2026
• La Quinta, CA: from 08/25/2025 to 11/23/2025
• The role involves providing comprehensive care to frail, elderly patients.
• Physician should have excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• The position requires independent decision-making and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Experience working with culturally diverse and underserved populations is highly valued.
• Working knowledge of PACE regulations is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Travel is required to patient homes.

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license without restrictions
• DEA registration and state CDS certification
• BLS certification
• Valid state driver s license with a clean driving record
• Proof of current vehicle insurance
