Full time Urgent Care Veterinarian - New Opportunity + Great Schedule - Austin, TX 

A partner hospital in Austin, TX is looking for a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a DVM seeking a challenging and rewarding career in an urgent care setting. The hospital is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to animals in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care to animals requiring immediate medical attention.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.
• Perform surgeries and other medical procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their pets receive the best care possible.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Texas (or the ability to obtain one).
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of veterinary medicine.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
