• Board Certified Urologists only (no BE candidates)

• Active Colorado License or IMLC with LOQ in hand at submission

Certifications
• Active BLS and DEA required and must remain active during assignment

Must Have
• Board Certification in Urology

Description
• Trauma Level III hospital seeking two Urologists for locum coverage starting September 2025
• Mix of inpatient, outpatient, clinic, ER, and OR for general urology procedures
• Support team includes MAs, NPs/PAs, and RNs
• EMR system: EPIC
• Coverage dates: Sept , Oct 30 (5 PM) Nov 6, Nov , Dec 1 4, Dec , Jan 2 8, with ongoing dates from Nov 3, 2025
