Shift: Clinic hours 7 AM to 5 PM daily with call coverage from 5 PM to 7 AM

• Setting includes clinic and call coverage
• Patient population is adults only
• Start with sporadic dates and potential for consistent ongoing coverage
• EMR system is EPIC
• Required procedures include General Urology with preference for Robotics-trained candidates
• Duties include providing clinic-based care during daytime hours and night call coverage

Experience

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Robotics training highly preferred

License

• Active Indiana medical license

Certifications

• ACLS
• DEA
• CDS

Must-Have

• Ability to manage 2 to 5 patients per day
• Availability for sporadic dates with potential for ongoing coverage
