This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing, 24 hour call
- Setting: Clinic/ Hospital
- Required Procedures: Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, biopsies
- Credentialing Timeframe: Usually 90-120days but would be willing to do 30 days.
- Types of Cases: Urologist duties, consults, surgery if needed, follow up in practice if needed.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Urochart/ Cerner
- Certifications Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology
- Licensure Required: Arizona license
