Urology locums assignment in Mississippi with robotics available and long-term coverage still needed.

Highlights

• Preference for long-term help, 3-6+ months
• Open to IMLC physicians

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient rounding, consults, clinic, and OR
• Majority adult population
• Support includes 1 APP per physician
• Team has space for 5 urologists; currently only 1.5 staffed

Schedule

• Full-time coverage preferred for consistency
• Mix of 2-3 clinic days and 2 surgical days per week
• 24-hour call coverage included
• Inpatient rounding is the highest priority

Cases and Procedures

• Kidney and ureteral stone management
• Scrotal abscess drainage
• Cystoscopy and bladder tumor resections
• Difficult catheter placements
• May include prostate procedures and nephrectomies
• Robotics available for candidates with experience

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years in Urology
• Active DEA and BLS required
• Open to IMLC-licensed physicians with LOQ
