• Job Setting: Clinic
• Type of Cases: Urology, 2-5 patients per day
• Credentialing: 45-60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology within 5 years of residency
• Robotics trained highly preferred
• Certifications: ACLS
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required
