Urology Physician

Shift

• Hospital call only no clinic or outreach
• Covers three hospital locations

Description

• Position is inpatient hospital call only with no clinic responsibilities
• All patients are adults and inpatient 100 percent of the time
• Team includes ten urologists with five mid levels supporting clinic and scheduled OR
• Support includes lab and X ray access
• Equipment available includes C arm laser and robot
• Minor rounding support available from advanced practice providers in the mornings
• Electronic medical record system is Epic

Experience

• Hospital based inpatient practice
• Comfortable handling adult inpatient urology cases
• Experience with high volume surgical load across multiple facilities

License

• Active Colorado license or IMLC LOQ

Certifications

• Board Certified in Urology
• BLS and ACLS

Must-Have

• Proficiency in general adult urology
• Experience with advanced endoscopic techniques
• Ability to perform ureteroscopy

Good-to-Have

• Experience with nephrectomy
