Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Comprehensive Care: Perform exams, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment for a variety of companion animals.

• Client Education & Support: Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about treatment plans and wellness care.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to uphold best practices and continuity of care.

• Mentorship & Training: Support and mentor team members using the LevelUp clinical development program.

• Diverse Caseload: See a mix of general practice, wellness, and surgical cases during clinic hours.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE).

• Valid Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain).

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Passion for building long-term client relationships and providing outstanding care.

• Open to all levels of experience, including recent graduates.
