Mentorship & Training: Support and mentor team members using the LevelUp clinical development program.
Diverse Caseload: See a mix of general practice, wellness, and surgical cases during clinic hours.
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE).
Valid Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Passion for building long-term client relationships and providing outstanding care.
Open to all levels of experience, including recent graduates.
